Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify high-value B2B prospects across the USA using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume daily outreach campaigns to build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline from scratch.
- Solution Consultation: Conduct discovery calls to diagnose client pain points and present tailored BPO, Digital Marketing, or Software Development solutions.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process, including initial outreach, follow-ups, presentations, contract negotiations, and closing.
- C-Suite Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, and Operations Directors) within target industries.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance KPIs to maximize your uncapped earning potential.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, deal stages, and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on US market trends, competitor services, and emerging industry needs to refine your sales pitch.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent TechBytes BPO with professional integrity, ensuring our global reputation for excellence is upheld in every interaction.
- Collaborative Handoff: Work closely with the global operations team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients after the deal is closed.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation (experience selling BPO, IT, or Digital Marketing services is highly preferred).
- USA Residency: Must be currently residing in and legally authorized to work within the United States.
- High-Volume Prospecting: Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline from scratch using cold calling, email automation, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exceptional Communication: Mastery of the English language with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, Founders).
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A strong "self-starter" attitude with the discipline to manage a full-time workload in a remote environment without direct supervision.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using modern sales tools, including CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho), Zoom/Microsoft Teams, and Outreach tools.
- Resilience & Grit: A thick skin for handling rejection and a relentless focus on closing deals to hit performance milestones.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to diagnose complex business problems and map them to TechBytes BPO’s technical and operational service offerings.
- Result-Oriented: A clear history of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales quotas and KPIs in previous roles.
- Professional Home Office: A dedicated, quiet workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection and professional-grade video conferencing equipment.
